+ Should I create an account on your website?

All new riders must create an account before taking a class so you can book your classes and buy credits with ease.

Creating an account is easy to do online and will save you time checking in, but we can also help you create an account over the phone or in person at our studio.

+ When should I arrive for class? Do you hold my bike if I am running late?

If it’s your first ride with us, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts so you have time to do any necessary paperwork, get familiar with the studio, ensure you have the appropriate shoe size, and get set up comfortably on your bike.

We ask every rider to sign in at least 4 minutes before every class starts, or your bike may be released to walk-in or waitlist customers. If you are running late, please give us a call at the studio or send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you and hold your spot.

However, to ensure all of our riders have the best possible experience, no one will permitted into class 8 minutes after the start time.

+ What should I wear?

You should come prepared to sweat, and we suggest wearing comfortable yet supportive athletic wear such as leggings or bike shorts and tanks or sports bras. Please be aware that loose clothing can get caught in the pedals, potentially causing a safety issue. We also recommend wearing socks to ensure comfort and hygiene--and if you forget a pair, we have socks for sale at the front desk.

+ Do I need to bring water?

You’ll definitely want to have water on hand for your workout! We encourage guests to bring their own reusable containers with water, but we do have a water fountain and sell Penta brand waters at the studio for $2 a bottle.

+ Do I need spin shoes to take a class?

We offer spin shoes for all guests free of charge. You are also welcome to bring your own SPD compatible shoes.

+ What amenities are available in the studio?

Our studio features lockers outfitted with digital locks for safe storage of your belongings. We have a men’s and a women’s locker room where you can get changed, use the restroom and shower as needed. We offer guests complimentary toiletries and hair dryers, and towels for both workouts and showers.

+ What are the age and height requirements to take a class?

Riders must be at least 4'11" and at least 12 years old to ride. Riders under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in person.

+ Do I need to be in good shape to take a class? Or are your classes suitable for all fitness levels?

Whether you’re in fighting shape or just getting started on your fitness journey, our classes offer something for everyone! One of the best things about indoor cycling is that the resistance and pace can be adapted to meet the needs of all fitness levels and abilities. We have new riders in almost every Revolution class, and we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun. With every class, you’ll notice increased confidence and strength.

We do recommend that pregnant women and people with specific health concerns or injuries consult with their doctors before beginning any new fitness regimen.
